Ninja Course is a brand for obstacle courses that challenge and improve the strength, endurance, coordination, agility and balance of young and adults alike. They are a fun activity that allows participants to train, compete and unwind in a safe environment.

The Walltopia Ninja Course is a modular construction that allows clients to easily modify the number of lanes and obstacles according to their preference and space available. There is a variety of obstacles with different levels of difficulty available that can challenge a wide audience of participants. A Ninja Course can be a great fit to trampoline parks, FECs, sports centers, training facilities and climbing walls.

A Ninja Course can have up to three lanes with different levels of difficulty. Courses with more than three lanes can be customly designed.

Ground-based Course


Red Cam2

As the name suggests, this type of Ninja Course is positioned on the ground. It is less extreme than the elevated course, but an excellent choice for training purposes.

    Elevated Course

    This type of Ninja Course is raised 2.1 meters (7ft) above the ground, making it the more exciting option. If you are looking for an adrenaline-boosting experience, then the elevated course is the way to go, as participants will experience falls from up to 2 meters (6.5 ft).

    How long does it take to manufacture, deliver and install a Ninja Course?

    The lead time for a Ninja Course is 4-6 weeks. The delivery time depends on which part of the world you want us to transport the course to. Ninja courses can be installed in as little as 1 week.

    Is there a minimum age requirement for using the facility?

    Ninja Course is recommended for participants who are over 8 years of age. Participants must also be 130 cm or taller.

    What is the facility’s capacity?

    It depends on the number of lanes that the course has. A ground-based Ninja Course can have as many as 30 people per hour, per lane. An elevated course’s capacity is about 20 people per hour, per lane.

    What is the minimum height for an elevated Ninja Course?

    The minimum column height for an elevated Ninja Course is 4.5 meters.

    The Rollglider is an aerial ride, which combines the thrill of free falling and hang gliding into one ride, giving you a new adrenaline experience in a safe environment. The ride can be customly designed to meet all of the needs of your venue, with speed options of up to 50 km/h. The Rollglider can be added to a variety of indoor and outdoor locations. It can even be incorporated into ski resorts, where lifts can be used as a retraction system for the trolley.

    Stucture


    The Rollglider's line can be made of either hot dip galvanized steel or stainless steel. Its structure is customly designed to meet the needs of the location where it is being built. It can be suspended from trees, a ceiling, or building, or it can be self standing, supported by its own columns.

    The illustration below shows an example of a Rollglider line with a standard trolley return system. Learn more about each of the Rollglider's components here.


    Main Components


    Each Rollglider consists of a trolley, a line (the trolley's track), a trolley transition system, a traffic control system, and some additional operational equipment. All of the current available options are listed below.

    Trolley

    Option 1
    Standard Trolley

    The Standard Trolley is designed to work with the help of gravity. The speed that it reaches depends on the slope of the line, as well as the weight of the participant. The steeper the slope , the faster and more exhilarating the ride gets. The standard Rollglider trolley can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h (31 mph).

    In cases where there is a large slope, the speed of the trolley is regulated by a magnetic brake in the affected section of the line, or a centrofugical brake that sets an overall limit on the speed of the trolley.

    An optional handlebar can be mounted to the trolley for horizontal riding, where the participant is strapped into a special harness, and released headfirst.



    Option 2
    NEW! Electric Trolley

    The Electric Trolley is designed for slower, more relaxed rides, where the Rollglider’s line has little or no inclination. The trolley is equipped with steering handles similar to those of a motorcycle. Participants can accelerate the trolley’s engine with one handle and slow it down using the brake on the other. The Electric Trolley can reach speeds of up to 11 km/h (7 mph) on its own, and up to 35 km/h (21 mph) with the help of a steep slope. In cases where the speed begins to exceed 35 km/h (21 mph) , the trolley’s motors start a braking mechanism and bring the speed back down.

    Trolley Transition System

    Option 1
    Standard Trolley Return System

    The Standard Trolley Return System brings the trolley back to the starting platform for the next participant. This is the most common type of transition system and is used when the Rollglider has both a starting and finishing platform. It consists of an electric engine with a colored light indicator and two remote controls.

    Once a participant finishes the ride and lands on the finishing platform , a staff member detaches him and returns the trolley back to the starting platform with the press of a button.



    Option 2
    NEW! Chain Inclined Lifting System

    The Inclined Chain Lift System is designed to transport participants from a single platform to the highest point of the Rollglider’s line, where the ride begins. Once it is safe for the participant to proceed, the trolley is released. The line finishes at the same platform, allowing facility staff members to quickly attach/detach participants.

    This lifting system can transport multiple participants at the same time, allowing for optimal capacities. It reduces the number of platforms and the number of required staff members.

    Safety Control System

    Option 1
    Standard Traffic Control System

    The Standard Traffic Control System is an in-house developed system that ensures the safety of participants. It consists of a traffic light, which indicates when the line is free/occupied.

    A red light indicates that a participant is on the line. This automatically locks the gate, preventing other participants from being launched. Once a participant reaches the end of the line, and is safely detached from the Rollglider, a green light indicates that it is safe for the next participant to proceed.






    Option 2
    NEW! Smart Traffic Control System

    The Smart Traffic Control System ensures the safety of multiple riders. It consists of several sensor-equipped sections on the Rollglider’s line. The sensors detect the trolleys’ movement through each section, and the system calculates whether the distance between participants is safe. If a participant gets in close proximity to another rider, a magnetic brake is activated, preventing him from proceeding until the distance is safe again.

    Operation Equipment

    Hydraulic Platforms

    The platforms of the Rollglider are designed to lift participants up to the trolley, so that they can be easily attached to the line, and to lower them after the end of the ride. This element decreases operational time for each ride.









    Openable Line Segment

    An openable line segment is a gate through which Rollglider trolleys are loaded. It can be either manual or electrical.

    What is the capacity of the Rollglider?

    The Rollglider's capacity depends on the ride's length, trolley and trolley transition system. A Rollglider with a standard trolley retraction system and a 100 meter line can have a capacity of up to 60 people per hour.

    How is the Rollglider's speed controlled?

    Standard Rollgliders use gravity to speed up, therefore the speed is determined by the slope of the Rollglider's line - the steeper the slope , the faster it goes.     How can I be sure that the Rollglider will fit my venue?

    Each Rollglider has a custom design, made to fit the needs of your specific venue. We adjust all of the ride's components to provide optimal space utilization.

    What are the safety standards that the Rollglider meets?

    The facility steel construction and line are designed and calculated to meet Eurocodes building standards EN1991-1-4 and EN 13814. They can be calculated according to any local building codes upon request.

    The Rollglider Trolley construction is designed , manufactured and tested on different types of loads by FEM method in CAE environment in accordance with EN13814:2004 Fairground and amusement park machinery and structures - Safety.

    Ropetopia ropes courses can be suspended from an existing structure or ceiling, or they can be self-standing.

    Self-Standing

    The self-standing Ropetopia ropes course is great for outdoor spaces. One of its main benefits is that it can have up to 5 levels of obstacles.


    Belay Line


    Continuous Belay Line

    Ropetopia comes with the original Ropetopia Continuous Belay line – a system that allows safe and easy movement through the course with the option to choose which direction to take at conjunctions. Most importantly, the multi-way splitter allows staff members to quickly jump through different sections and provide assistance to visitors.

    The Ropetopia belay line is designed and built in accordance to the EN15567 standard, tested and certified according to EN 795:2012 standard, type D and dynamic test requirements of CEN/TS 16415:213. The belay system is highly durable and requires low maintenance cost.

    Belay Bolt
    A safety unit which fits within the course belay rail eliminating the need for unclipping and thus reduces the number of staff members needed.
