The Rollglider is an aerial ride, which combines the thrill of free falling and hang gliding into one ride, giving you a new adrenaline experience in a safe environment. The ride can be customly designed to meet all of the needs of your venue, with speed options of up to 50 km/h. The Rollglider can be added to a variety of indoor and outdoor locations. It can even be incorporated into ski resorts, where lifts can be used as a retraction system for the trolley.
Family Entertainment Centers
The Gravity Rollglider is an excellent choice when seeking to provide an adrenaline-filled experience. The steeper the track, the more extreme the ride. It is suitable for amusement parks, family entertainment centers, malls, zoos, water parks, mountain resorts and more. The Rollglider line length can vary from 300 to 1500+ feet with an average capacity from 60 (single harness) to 120 (tandem harness) people per hour.
• Gravity-propelled motion for an adrenaline-filled experience
The electric Rollglider’s hand-controlled brake and throttle provide a calmer riding experience. It can be used as a tourist route that gives visitors a bird’s eye view of the great outdoors, famous landmarks or even historic sites. Riders are attached and detached from the electric trolley on one and the same station. The rider controls the speed manually by using the throttle, and the trolley is stopped automatically at the end of the ride to unl oad the participant.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the capacity of the Rollglider?
The Rollglider's capacity depends on the ride's length, trolley and trolley transition system. A Rollglider with a standard trolley retraction system and a 100 meter line can have a capacity of up to 60 people per hour.
How is the Rollglider's speed controlled?
Standard Rollgliders use gravity to speed up, therefore the speed is determined by the slope of the Rollglider's line - the steeper the slope , the faster it goes. In cases where there is a large slope, the speed of the trolley is regulated by a magnetic brake in the affected section of the line, or a centrofugical brake that sets an overall limit on the speed of the trolley. The Rollglider can reach up to 50 km/h (31mph). Electric Rollglider trolleys have motor speeds of up to 11 km/h and can reach inertial speeds of up to 35 km/h. In cases where the speed begins to exceed 35 km/h (21 mph) , the trolley’s motors start a braking mechanism and bring the speed back down.
How can I be sure that the Rollglider will fit my venue?
Each Rollglider has a custom design, made to fit the needs of your specific venue. We adjust all of the ride's components to provide optimal space utilization.
What are the safety standards that the Rollglider meets?
The facility steel construction and line are designed and calculated to meet Eurocodes building standards EN1991-1-4 and EN 13814. They can be calculated according to any local building codes upon request.
The Rollglider Trolley construction is designed , manufactured and tested on different types of loads by FEM method in CAE environment in accordance with EN13814:2004 Fairground and amusement park machinery and structures - Safety.
